The following is taken from a tribute from Capel Cricket Club where Don was a member
...an incredibly gracious gentleman with some great stories to tell
There are a few things synonymous with Capel Cricket and summer - the sound of leather on stump, the swill of bitter being poured and Don's unmistakable chortle drifting across the outfield, sometimes even distracting the odd batsman!
He was a great example of what the club represents, offering young and old the opportunity to participate in cricket whether playing or watching and bringing the community together. He was also an incredibly gracious gentleman with some great stories to tell and he would support us through the good times and the (regular) bad...whether it was hot sun or pouring rain!
RIP Don Foreman you will be greatly missed.
